Share ideas with colleagues around the world, discover new resources and learning projects, and get your kids involved in sharing learning and dialogue with other classrooms though our Global Youth Voice. Global Youth Voice Young people are invited to tell the world about what they've learned or done for the planet. Post your work on our upcoming collaborative website or we'll link to your site. Your group could gain international recognition as a finalist on Earth Day. [More] EarthSeeds Youth Leaders The future for young people is global, and we're inviting youth and youth groups to help us develop a model for youth global civic engagement. Young people will use the power of the internet to reach out to students and partners around the world using cutting edge collaborative technologies. Earth in Every Classroom, Camp and Place of Worship Help us get an Earth poster or inflatable globe in every classroom and youth serving organization around the world. The view of earth from space is a great first step towards learning about and appreciating our world (see what our astronauts have to say). If you are traveling around your community or the planet, bring a poster or globe and make a gift to a youth program in the area.  Support materials will be coming soon. More creative Teaching Ideas From Around the World Earth Theater -  Your students will enjoy presenting this play about the Earth to other kids and adults. Contact EarthSeeds for more information. [More] The Singing Astronaut - It's amazing how much children can learn when you engage them in a creative and fun way. Our Singing Astronauts program takes key concepts about our Earth and presents them through story, facts and song. A kit is available for anyone who is interested in being an astronaut performer. [More] Foreign Language & Debate - Del Valle High School in Del Valle, Texas is using a free internet phone service (VOIP) called Skype which allows students to make free calls to other students in other countries so they can work together on foreign language skills and even participate in virtual international debates.
